Rails of Eternity is made by a small studio, so every message reaches the team directly. Pick the address that fits and expect a reply within a few days, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.

## Press and business

Journalists, streamers and store or platform partners: write to [contact@railsofeternity.com](mailto:contact@railsofeternity.com). The press kit page has the factsheet, descriptions, gameplay videos and assets, all cleared for use without asking. For interviews, review builds or partnership questions, mention the outlet or company and the deadline in the first message.

## Support and bug reports

Write to [support@railsofeternity.com](mailto:support@railsofeternity.com). The game is offline and keeps saves on your device, so a report is most useful with the platform (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS or Linux), the game version shown in the settings screen, the mission you were in and what you expected to happen. Screenshots and screen recordings help; save files are never required. Purchases are handled by Google Play, the App Store or Steam, so refunds go through the store you bought from.

## What we will never ask

No account exists, so nobody from Rails of Eternity or RRB Labs will ever ask for a password, a payment method or a code sent to your phone. The only purchase in the game is made inside the official store apps.
