Last updated: 23 September 2026. Rails of Eternity is an offline game. It does not collect, store on a server or share any personal data. This website does not either.

## The game

- **No account, no login, no required network.** The whole game works without a connection. No information leaves your device.
- **Saves and settings** stay on your device only, in the app's data folder. Uninstalling the game deletes everything.
- **Full-game purchase.** The single purchase is processed by your device's store (Google Play or the App Store). The game never sees your payment method, name or address; it receives from the store only the confirmation that the product was bought and keeps that confirmation on the device to unlock the content offline. Restore purchase asks the same store.
- **No ads, no analytics, no tracking.** The game includes no ad networks, analytics tools or advertising identifiers.
- **Children.** The game collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

## This website

- It is a static site. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics or third-party scripts.
- The only thing stored in your browser is the language you pick, in localStorage, so the home page can send you to it next time. You can clear it at any time.
- The hosting provider (Firebase Hosting, Google) keeps standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.

## Changes

Should the game or the site ever start collecting any data, this policy will be updated first, and the date above will change.
