An armored train. A dying world. One crossing.

Rails of Eternity is a top-down action and logistics game. You command an armored steam train carrying a whole community out of a region that is drying up, across 8 hostile territories, to a land that can still be lived in.

Premium and offline. Free to start, one purchase unlocks everything. No ads.

What you do

Every mission is a stretch of rail with a job at the end of it: reach a station, deliver cargo, couple a stranded wagon, reconnect a signal, escort a caravan. Along the way the track forks, bridges fail, fuel runs low and people shoot at you.

The train is the strategy

There is no skill tree hiding behind the train. What you can do in a mission is exactly what you coupled at the station: a heavier locomotive pulls more but heats faster, an extra gun car costs crew, a passenger car in the middle of the consist is a passenger car you have to protect. Reordering the train is a decision, not a menu.

A continuous journey

The campaign is one crossing: 41 stops and 81 missions across 8 chapters, 40 of them on the main line. Credits, fuel, inventory and damage carry over from one mission to the next. Failure never locks you out: every service stop is a checkpoint, and a lost mission can be retried or approached with a different train.

Premium, offline, fair

The first 8 main missions are free, with their side missions and contracts. One purchase unlocks the rest of the crossing. That is the whole business model.

No ads. No energy. No loot boxes. Nothing in the game sells power, fuel, repairs or progress. The game works entirely offline, without an account or a login.
