The game

No account, no login, no network. Rails of Eternity: Cargo works fully offline; the Android version does not even ask for internet access.
No metrics. It sends no gameplay, usage or crash data anywhere.
Saves and settings stay on your device only, in the app's data folder. Uninstalling the game deletes everything.
Purchases inside the game, when offered, are processed by your device's store (Google Play or the App Store). The game never sees your payment details.
No ads, no tracking. No ad networks, third-party analytics tools or advertising identifiers.

It is a static site. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics or third-party scripts.
The only thing stored in your browser is the language you pick, in localStorage, so the home page can send you to it next time. You can clear it at any time.
The hosting provider (Firebase Hosting, Google) keeps standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.

Should what the game or the site collects change, this policy will be updated first, and the date above will change.
